Here’s how you can get involved:
Event Set-Up and Breakdown Crews: Help us transform the streets into a vibrant festival grounds or play a vital role in wrapping up the festivities.
Beer Tent Crew: The Friends of Downtown Glenview (FDG) will be running the beer tents, so most volunteer spots are right in the heart of the action. Enjoy the music, energy, and community spirit while supporting FDG!
Sponsor Lounge Greeter: Be the face that makes our VIPs feel truly celebrated with your warm welcome and guidance.

Volunteer Appreciation Night
Volunteer night is Thursday, Sept 25, 5–7 pm at Whiskey River for a fun and important evening:
1. Pick up your official volunteer t-shirt
2. Quick Beer Tent POS (electronic point of sale) training
3. Volunteer Appreciation Party with heavy apps and your first drink on us.
